Mexico Veracruz

This devastatingly delicious coffee comes from Veracruz, Mexico. It’s chocolatey, smooth and we think it’s got a real creme caramel flavour going on – it slips down so damn well.

It’s a fully washed coffee from a guy named Alejandro Martinez who produces this coffee with his brother Juan. The variety of arabica coffee here is Marsellesa and has also gone through a dry fermentation process which has left it literally humming with flavour. Smash this in your coffee brewer and you’re going to be rewarded in spades, no matter how you make your coffee.
