Whether it’s learning to master your equipment so you can get the most out of it, how to dial in your coffee and adapt to atmospheric changes, or get your latte art looking slick, we cover it in training sessions that are free, and unlimited, for you and your staff.
So whether you need to get a new member of staff up to speed, or want to level-up your skills, we’ve got you covered.
Delivery drivers that are actually useful
There’s no DPD or Evri dropping off your coffee, it’s us. You get a coffee expert, a barista that can help you with any problems, questions or queries when they drop off your order and take away the empty coffee buckets.
Killer coffee - clear conscience
We do all the ethical, renewable and sustainable stuff for you. Sourcing and roasting speciality coffee responsibly and making sure it gets into our customers hands in the best possible condition. We deliver it all in our electric vans, which we charge back at the roastery using our own solar panels and green energy suppliers.
Equipment sales and installation
We can help you source high quality equipment that’s up to the job. Whether that’s espresso machines, grinders or brewers. We are distributors for Conti, Compak, Ditting, Fetco and La Marzoco (to name a few), and can help you source brand new or second hand machinery.
When you buy equipment through us we’ll also install it for you, for free, and are always on hand if something goes wrong.
Maintenance and repairs
Kit breaks down from time to time, and we’ll do everything we can to get our customers back up and running. We can also include equipment maintenance lessons in our training sessions to prevent some of the more common breakdowns.
